Tenancy Info

In addition to paying rent for the property, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:

BEFORE THE TENANCY STARTS:
Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent; and/or
Deposit: A maximum of 5 weeks' rent (or in the case of rental income of more than £50,000 per annum a maximum of 6 weeks' rent).

DURING THE TENANCY:
Payments to other third parties: such as Council Tax, utilities or payments for communications services; Default Charges: such as payments for the replacement of lost keys or interest on overdue rent; and Tenancy Transaction Charges: such as requests to vary or assign the tenancy.

HOLDING DEPOSIT EXPLAINED:
A Holding Deposit equivalent to one week's rent will be required to reserve this property and start the application process. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
